Basic information

The main purpose of the first part of The MONAR ALLEY Project was to introduce and to offer a new concept of living in Slovakia. It is the concept of a harmonic living that is a combination of attractive locality, complex civic amenities, comfort, privacy, safety and all of that at a reasonable price. We are delighted that this “philosophy of living”, proven in the world by the years, was positively accepted in our country as well. We believe that you will appreciate identically also our second part of the project in which we enriched the determined course of balanced living necessities with another important element – the harmony among generations.
