In Monar Alley II, we are offering approximately 300 level plots in 4 phases that are convenient for individual construction of family houses. There are approaches, pavements and underground services built-up in this area.

At present, we have started the first phase of selling when you can choose from 112 plots with areas from 305 to 875 m², without being bound to build the house at a certain time. All the underground services are designed with sufficient capacity reserve and with a supply to every plot. There are telephone, internet and TV connections available. Roads are generously designed too.
